- Compensation: Hourly – $13.00
- Hours: 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, typically 1 pm to 5 pm (flexible to meet class schedules)

The Vice President for Student Access & Success Office needs an office aide to perform clerical duties. The role includes front‑desk duties, answering multi‑line phone systems, running campus errands, managing office supplies, filing, preparing and sending mailings, and photocopying. Other responsibilities involve preparing newsletters, updating the division contact list, general office upkeep, and assisting with event setup and related tasks.
Responsibilities- Staff the front desk and greet visitors to the office.
- Answer call of the multi‑line phone system.
- Run errands on campus as needed.
- Inventory and order office supplies.
- Prepare, file, and send mailings.
- Photocopy documents and manage office equipment.
- Prepare newsletters and update the division contact list.
- Maintain general office upkeep and assist with event setup and other duties assigned by office staff.
- High school degree required.
- Confidentiality, punctuality, and self‑starter qualities.
- Customer‑service orientation and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Detail oriented with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and interface effectively with a diverse clientele.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Suite.
- Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat, Sign and Spark, and online databases.
- Understanding of campus offices.
Background check required. Criminal background check is a condition of employment. Due to the Affordable Care Act, individuals who have worked in a salaried capacity for Weber State University are ineligible to be hired as hourly or adjunct employees for six months.
