Work as a team member in providing excellent customer service to students, faculty, and staff. Responsible for accurate entry of tuition and collections payments, departmental deposits, answering phone calls, and completing various office projects as needed.
Required Qualifications- High School Diploma
- One year of customer service experience working with the public
- Computer and word processing skills
- Ten-key and money handling proficiency
- Problem solving and multi-tasking ability
Expressing or exchanging ideas. Those activities in which they must convey detailed or important instructions to other workers accurately or quickly. Ability to receive detailed information with or without assistance.
Physical RequirementsSedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or consistently to move objects, including the human body. Sitting most of the time. Walking and standing only occasionally if ever.
Visual Acuity RequirementsRequired to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; using a computer terminal; extensive reading. Required to have visual acuity to determine accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned (e.g., custodial, food services, etc.), or to make general observations of facilities or structures (e.g., security guard, inspection).
Environmental ConditionsNone. The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions (such as in typical office or administrative work).
