Weber State University is seeking a part‑time Registrar's Success Coach to support students, faculty and staff through a registrar help desk. This 10–29 hour per week role provides in‑person service, email and phone support, with extensive training from senior leads at the Registrar’s Solution Center.
Responsibilities include providing accurate information on registration and graduation, processing record changes and requests, and using Google Suite and Excel to manage data.
