  • Clearly define and frame the opportunities in this space and deliver a clear strategic vision that turns an inherently complex set of opportunities into a compelling narrative for your team, stakeholders, and executive leadership.
  • Utilize the strategic vision and input from other sources to develop a clear plan to prioritize opportunities for improvement and consistently deliver high-value solutions aimed at improving customer and business outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships of trust with key stakeholders that own the teams and areas impacted by your work while continuously maintaining alignment around strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for all efforts.
  • Possess the ability to comprehend and communicate technical requirements effectively.
  • Transform these requirements into actionable specifications for your engineering team.
  • Define solution scopes to their most compact and coherent state, allowing for early customer deployment.
  • Regularly assess the effectiveness of your solutions through quantitative and qualitative measures to ensure they successfully address the identified challenges.
  • Own and maintain the quality of the product areas your team is responsible for; deliver world-class software in every release.
  • Inspire and lead a team of dedicated, intelligent professionals to achieve their career best, fostering a culture of excellence.
