ZB Designs is not in a "grow 10% a year" phase. We're in a "build something special" phase.
We went from an idea to an award-winning toy company, taking home Toy Fair's Collectible Toy of the Year Award. But we're just getting started.
Great brands are built by small teams of exceptional people who care deeply, move quickly, and take ownership. We don't hire to fill seats. We hire builders.
We're looking for someone who thrives on organization, loves making chaos disappear, and gets genuine satisfaction from helping a sales team operate at its best.
The RoleAs our Sales Operations Associate, you'll work directly with our Head of Sales to keep the engine running.
This role sits at the intersection of sales operations, project coordination, and executive support. You'll manage the systems, logistics, and day-to-day details that let our sales team focus on what they do best: building relationships and growing the business.
One day you might be organizing customer data in Market Time and coordinating samples. The next, you'll be on the floor at Toy Fair helping keep the booth running while our team meets with retailers and partners.
If you're highly organized, naturally proactive, and enjoy solving problems before they become problems, you'll fit right in.
What You'll Do- Manage and maintain our Market Time platform and customer data
- Support the Head of Sales with scheduling, organization, and day-to-day priorities
- Coordinate trade show logistics including booth planning, shipping, travel, and setup
- Travel to 5-6 major toy and gift industry trade shows per year
- Prepare sales materials, presentations, catalogs, and sample requests
- Help onboard new sales reps and ensure they have the tools they need

- Coordinate across operations, marketing, and product teams to keep projects moving
- Assist with special projects and improve internal sales processes as we grow
- 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, project coordination, executive assistance, or a similar role
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable learning and working in CRM and ERP-style systems;
Market Time experience is a major plus - Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Resourceful, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight
- Willingness to travel several times per year for industry events
- Experience in toy, gift, consumer products, or manufacturing
- Experience supporting a sales team or coordinating trade shows
- Executive assistant or administrative support background
- The Head of Sales is spending significantly more time selling and less time on administrative tasks
- Trade shows are organized, prepared for, and executed without last-minute scrambling
- Customer and sales data are accurate, organized, and easy to access
- Internal teams know they can count on you to keep projects moving
$24.00 to $34.00/hour ($50,000 to $70,000 annually based on 40 hours/week), depending on experience and fit. Includes company-paid travel for major trade shows, significant growth opportunity, and the chance to help build an award-winning brand at an exciting stage.
A Final NoteWe're not looking for someone who simply keeps things organized. We're looking for someone who takes ownership. Someone who notices what needs to happen and gets it done before anyone has to ask.
Small companies move fast, priorities shift, and no two weeks look exactly alike. If that sounds exciting rather than overwhelming, you'll enjoy what we're building.
