Job Overview

Reports to:

Production Manager.

• Provide stakeholders reliable information, communications, reporting and management updates.
• Collaborate directly with departments to optimize schedule accomplishment.
• Ensure all plant operations and business is conducted in a safe and controlled environment.
• Ensure compliance with the Company's Integrated Management Systems, which includes but is not limited to Production, Quality, Food Safety & GMP; develop, participate, and lead process improvement projects.
• Utilize technical skills and relevant experience to identify and solve problems and recommend or implement operating efficiencies.
• Identify, align, and provide input to operational excellence practices.
• Collaborate with Human Resources to ensure employee issues or concerns are correctly addressed and resolved.
• Conduct timely root‑cause analysis and enforce improvements to process controls.
• Align and implement reliability processes foundational to operations.
• Develop and execute plans on a weekly and monthly basis to achieve cost‑efficient and accurate processes.
• Develop, participate, and lead process improvement projects.

• Must be flexible in adjusting to shifting priorities, handling various tasks, and working non‑traditional hours if required.
• Must be mechanically inclined.
• Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force at times and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
• Ability to work in cold and hot environments (approximately 38°F‑80°F).
• Strong skills in written communications, oral communications, analytical skills, organizational skills, and balanced decision‑making skills required to manage projects.
• Strong leadership skills and prior experience with managing large teams is required.
• Prior experience (preferred).
