Position: Performance Management, Sr. Operations Lead

Overview

Sr Ops Lead, Performance Management – Lead the operational rhythm for a diverse client portfolio, partner across teams, and drive performance improvements in revenue cycle operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and participate in the operational rhythm of the business, delivering communication, insight, and incident management.
  • Partner across teams and stakeholders to simplify processes, align procedures, and support changing business priorities.
  • Act as expert in revenue cycle processes, driving accountability and prioritization of critical operational processes.
  • Use data to generate insights on variances, maturity, performance, adoption, and pain points.
  • Maintain initiative tracker, action registry, and meetings to drive top priorities and track progress.
  • Collaborate with onshore and global leaders to optimize efficiencies, maintain compliance, and reduce time away from primary tasks.
  • Ensure performance expectations are communicated, measured, and reported in a timely manner.
Required

Skills & Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in Physician or Hospital Revenue Cycle, preferably Accounts Receivable.
  • Experience solving problems in fast‑paced high‑pressure situations.
  • Strong financial, economic, analytical, and technical acumen.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; collaboration and negotiation skills.
  • Conflict and negotiation management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Attention to detail, highly organized, and strong process‑focused aptitude.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills; ability to influence others.
  • Creative thinking, analytical mindset, objective, and independent decision‑making.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to negotiate alternative business solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Compensation & Benefits

Base pay range: $48,131.00 – $81,225.49 per year. Eligible for annual bonus plan at a target of 5.00%. Benefits package includes competitive health, dental, vision, and retirement options.
