• Assist the Facility Manager, Aquatics Coordinator, and Gym Operations and Equipment Maintenance Coordinator with various management tasks.
• Create and post advertising for programs, events, and general building announcements, and manage posting on bulletin boards in the Stromberg Complex.
• Create engaging social media posts and collaborate with building stakeholders such as Athletics and Campus Recreation.
• Assist with tabling at events such as Block Party, possibly requiring travel to Davis Campus.
• Act as a leader and mentor for staff, serving as a role model for safe practices for all Stromberg Complex hourly staff.
• Work a minimum of 5 hours of office work per week, with flexibility for additional shifts as needed.
• Report to the Stromberg Complex Facility Manager.

• Current Weber State student.
• Experience creating print and digital marketing materials, or managing a social media account.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
