Sales Manager

- Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders associated with the accounts your team supports, collaborating on initiatives and sales priorities.
- Own a territory quota consisting of customer retention and growth metrics.
- Develop and deliver weekly and monthly business reviews focused on team sales performance, pipeline management, and customer insights.
- Manage a downline of 4-8 reps consisting of account managers and SDRs.
- Execute effective sales coaching with reps weekly to enhance individual growth, territory performance, and capture industry trends.
- Provide team support associated with customer challenges, processes, and issues.
- Assist with new hire onboarding and training as a mentor, streamlining the path to productivity.
- Provide communication and insights to the Program Manager, Director, and Client contacts regarding activities and trends across the customer base.
- Identify and make recommendations for process development, improvement, and application in partnership with the team Operation Manager.
- Act as a subject matter expert in the processes and products in the customer portfolio as assigned.
- Leverage independence in your workday to prioritize tasks, projects, and initiatives.
- Work with stakeholders across customers and internal teams to assign product allocation, prioritize shipments, and create solutions for all involved parties.
- Coordinate and execute targeted product campaigns across key customers with priority for retention and growth.
- Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Salesforce, and other sales prospecting tools.
- Previous experience in sales leadership, including managing a direct downline.
- Constantly strives to improve, proactively seeking coaching and guidance from peers and managers.
- The desire and ability to learn on the fly, think creatively, and maintain urgency.
- Ability to read and apply reporting to daily decisions (forecasting, opportunities, sales revenue, etc.).
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with a variety of personalities and customers.
- Ability to function well in a high‑paced and, at times, stressful environment.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Excellent time‑management skills, with proven ability to meet deadlines and maintain urgency.
Compensation Range: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 USD (the salary range for this position is between $65,000.00 and $70,000.00 annually). This pay structure may also include a variable bonus component of $5,000.00 annually.
