About the role

is seeking a highly motivated Senior Product Manager to join our Care for Business team. The ideal candidate will be a data-focused Product Manager who has experience taking a product from zero to one, has a consumer experience-centric mindset, has experience working in a B2B2C space, and can drive growth through both incremental improvements, product turnarounds as well as strategic big bets.

Experience from a Marketplace, Subscription, and/or Transaction business is highly preferred.

You are a product leader who wants to drive client acquisition, member engagement, and ultimately revenue growth for our teams. Each day you will lead cross-functional initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights and experimentation to optimize user experiences and drive measurable business outcomes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, analytics, marketing, operations, sales, and account management to deliver impactful growth initiatives that enhance client and employee value.

Care for Business is seeking an experienced, results-driven Sr. Product Manager. This person will support our clients and members to drive product engagement.

This position is based in either Salt Lake City, Utah or Austin, TX and will be hybrid in office 3 days per week (Monday/Wednesday/Thursday)

What You’ll Do:

• Design, build, and test innovative changes to maximize member experience.
• Launch innovative products for our clients and members to deliver valuable services while driving company revenue.
• Strategically build a roadmap based on key objectives and results, which incorporate your deep knowledge of the industry, product metrics, client asks, and most importantly, member needs.
• Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives to deliver on commitments and OKRs.
• Use data, curiosity, and good judgment to continuously prioritize a roadmap to ensure you are moving the most impactful work forward.
• Balance company goals, client expectations, and member experience to make well-rounded product decisions.

Who You Are:
