- Assist in the development and implementation of scalable processes to support the Reddit Program
- Work with sales operations, enablement and leadership to streamline workflows, improve efficiency and enhance campaign execution
- Identify bottlenecks through workflow shadows and provide recommendations to the business for process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Conduct regular audits on process documentation, ensuring processes are documented, accurate, organized, and easily accessible to the business
- Manage team calendar invites and ensure communication updates are cascaded broadly across the team
- Troubleshoot and provide support for tooling challenges
- Act as a liaison between sales and other internal organizations to obtain and disseminate knowledge
- 2+ years' experience in sales discipline; experience in operations preferred
- Project Management experience preferred
- Direct, B2B, SaaS, or tele sales experience preferred
- Experience leading a sales team or working in a sales support or operations role Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast paced, team environment
- Passion for process optimization, research & content strategy, playbook creation and messaging improvement
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively
- Must adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed
- Internal applicants must be exceeding metrics in current position
- Proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and Google products
