Project Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Project Foreman to lead field operations on bridge construction projects. This is a hands-on role that includes performing layout and setting grade with laser levels, and leading crews to complete work safely, efficiently, and to plan. The Foreman plays a key role in productivity, quality, and jobsite safety.

• Lead daily bridge construction operations as a working foreman
• Direct and coordinate field crews to meet schedule, quality, and production goals
• Perform and oversee layout for footings, abutments, piers, decks, and structural concrete
• Set, check, and maintain grade using laser levels and layout tools
• Plan daily work activities, manpower needs, equipment, and materials
• Ensure work is completed per plans, specifications, and project requirements
• Enforce OSHA standards and site-specific safety plans
• Communicate daily progress, issues, and needs with project management

• Minimum 5 years of construction experience, preferably in bridge or structural concrete work
• Prior experience in a foreman or lead role supervising crews
• Demonstrated proficiency in grade setting and construction layout
• Ability to read and interpret bridge plans, drawings, and specifications
• Familiarity working around heavy equipment and traffic control environments
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Willingness to travel as required by project locations
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
