Valley Glass is growing and looking for a skilled Estimator to join our team, supporting projects across the Wasatch Front. This role focuses on new construction and established builder and company accounts, working on a wide range of projects including windows, shower doors, mirrors, and specialty/custom glass.

• Review plan sets and specifications for new construction projects
• Perform accurate material takeoffs and cost estimates
• Bid and manage company accounts and contractor relationships
• Estimate a variety of scopes
• Residential windows (new construction)
• Shower doors (standard and custom)
• Mirrors
• Specialty/custom glass projects
• Coordinate with sales, project management, and operations
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding scope, options, and pricing
• Ensure projects are set up for efficient production and installation

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Organized with the ability to manage multiple bids
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of takeoff processes and pricing structures
• Team-oriented with a problem-solving mindset

• Hybrid work option: in-office and/or home office (Utah based as you will need to visit our local contractors/customers)
• Focus on meeting deadlines, managing bids, and strong communication
• $50,000 – $100,000+ Base Salary DOE
