MAINDUTIESANDRESPONSIBILITIES
  • Leadingofprojectstaffintheprocessofcompletingprojectsandensuringcontractcompliance
  • Organizingandoverseeingjobsiteadministration
  • Organizingandcoordinatingfieldsupervision
  • Creatingandsubmittingprojectrelatedinvoices
  • Assistingintheprocurementofsubcontractorsandsuppliers
  • Developing,monitoring,updating,andcommunicatingtheprogressscheduleanditsperiodicrevisions
  • Managingthedirectlaborforceandmaintaininglaborrelations
  • Managingsubcontractorschedules,quality-of-work,coordinationwithothertrades,and payments
  • Coordinatingcost-progresstargetswithproduction
  • Creatingandmaintainingasafe/securejobsiteenvironment
  • Identify,document,andresolveprojectchanges,RFIs,andmodifications.
  • Establishingandmaintainingrelationshipswiththe Owner,design professionals,buildingofficials,localbusinesses,andpoliceandfiredepartments
  • Establishing,maintaining,conducting,andpolicingdetailedproceduresforthesubmittal,review,coordination,approval,anddistributionofshopdrawings,samples,etc.
  • Establishingandmaintainingallprojectengineeringfilesrelatingtosubcontractandbidpackagerecords,plans,specifications,changes,clarifications,andas-builtdocuments
  • Reviewingallvendorschedulesofvaluesandpreparethemasterscheduleofvalues
  • Managingtheperiodicrequisitionprocedureforreview,submittal,and payment
  • Expeditingvendorestimatesandproposalsandpreparingappropriatecompanyestimatesandproposals
  • Evaluatingsubcontractorpaymentrequisitionsrelativetoactualworkperformed
  • Coordinatingon-sitefieldoperationswithcorporateofficeactivities
    • KEYWORKINGRELATIONSHIPS

    Mustbeabletoworkwithgovernmentandnon-governmentpersonnelinaprofessionalandclearmanner.

    Beabletoworkwithdifferenttradesandconstructionfocusestoensureaqualityenvironmentwithoutlimitingthetradesabilitytocompletework.

    Mustbeabletoproperlycommunicateoverthephoneandinwritingtouppermanagementtoinclude Subcontractors,Suppliers,Onsite Staff,Owners,otherPM’s,Superintendents,and Corporate

    Safety.

    • BSorMSDegreein

      Physics,Construction Management,Engineering,orArchitectureREQUIRED
    • Minimumof5yearsofexperienceworkingwithUSACE,NAVFAC,DOT,DOD,VA,orotherfederalandstateagenciesineitheraQCMor Project Manager Role
    • Excellentwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (testwillbegiventoevaluateproficiency)
    • Bluebeam
    • Excellentplanandspecificationreadingskills
    • Well-developedorganizationalskills
    • Honest
    • Dependable
    • Goodinterpersonalskills
    • Mustpassgovernmentsecurityclearancestandards
