Paving & Asphalt Crew Member

Asphalt Paving Crew member - Full Time (Seasonal)

• Assist with asphalt paving, patching, crack seal, seal coating and repair work
• Operate hand tools and equipment (rakes, shovels, tampers, etc.)
• Help prepare job sites, including grading and cleanup
• Work alongside paver and roller operators to ensure quality results
• Always follow company policy and safety procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned by the crew leader or supervisor

• Previous asphalt or construction experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work early mornings, long hours, weekend and overtime as needed
• Valid Drivers License is required
