Job Description & How to Apply Below
Honey Do Services LLC is a full-service restoration and construction company based in Riverdale, UT. We're hiring a Project Manager to run our construction and build-back projects — remodels, permitted renovations, and post-mitigation reconstruction — from first walkthrough to final invoice.
Duties
- Manage construction and build-back projects from scope development through closeout
- Develop project plans including scope, budget, and timeline; track progress against both
- Prepare and review project estimates, including material takeoffs, labor costs, and subcontractor pricing
- Schedule and supervise subcontractors and in-house crews across multiple concurrent jobs
- Verify subcontractor compliance — licensing, insurance (COIs), and signed agreements
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality, document progress, and resolve issues early
- Prepare and manage change orders, work authorizations, and project documentation
- Pull and manage building permits with local jurisdictions (Ogden, Riverdale, Weber and Davis County municipalities); schedule and pass inspections
- Communicate proactively with homeowners, property managers, and insurance adjusters to keep projects on track and expectations clear
- Ensure work meets building codes, manufacturer specs, and safety standards
- Review subcontractor invoices and support accurate, timely client billing
Requirements
- Proven experience as a construction project manager or superintendent (residential remodel/renovation preferred)
- Working knowledge of construction estimating — able to build or review scopes, takeoffs, and pricing (Xactimate experience a plus)
- Strong knowledge of residential construction processes, methods, and materials across trades
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and scopes of work
- Experience navigating municipal permitting and inspections
- Strong organizational and time management skills — you'll run multiple jobs at different stages simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with clients, subcontractors, and inspectors
- Comfortable with technology: project management software, Google Workspace, digital documentation
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; daily local travel between job sites
- Insurance repair/restoration industry experience a plus, not required
