• Conductsiteinspectionstoidentify,document,andcorrectdeficientornon-conforming work.
• Develop,implement,andmanagethe
  
  Project Quality Control Plan (QCP).
• Leadanddocument Three-Phase Control Meetings :
  
  Preparatory,Initial,and Follow-Up.
• PrepareandmaintainrequiredQCdocumentation,reports,logs,and Government submissions.
• Reviewandtracksubmittalstoensurecompliancebefore Government submission.
• Trackdeficienciesandcorrectiveactionsthroughcompletion.
• Coordinate inspections,testing,commissioning,andthird-partytestingasrequired.
• EnsurecompliancewithOSHA,EM385-1-1,projectsafetyplans,andcontractrequirements.
• Coordinaterequiredqualityandsafetytraining.
• Leadmishapinvestigationsandcompleterequiredreporting.
• Participateinproject,pre-installation,preparatory,and Governmentcoordinationmeetings.
• Supportprojectcloseout,including punchlists,as-builts,warranties,andO&Mmanuals.
• Workcloselywith Government representatives,inspectors,Project Managers,Superintendents,subcontractors,and Corporate
  
  Safetytomaintainqualitywithoutdelayingprojectprogress.

• Bachelor'sdegreein
  
  Engineering,Construction Management,orarelatedfield.
• 10+yearsofconstructionexperience,includingatleast2yearsasa
  
  Primary Quality Control Manageronfederalprojects .
• ExperiencewithUSACE,NAVFAC,VA,orsimilarfederalprojects.
• Experiencecompletingaprojectvaluedat $8millionormore.
• Experienceonprojectsexceeding
  10,000squarefeet.
• OSHA
  30-Hour Construction Safetytrainingandworkingknowledgeof EM
  385-1-1.
• ExperiencewithRMS/QCSandGovernmentelectronicreportingsystems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Wordand Excel .
• Abilitytoreadandinterpretplans,specifications,andapprovedsubmittals.
• Strongwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills,including
  
  Government correspondence.
• Strong organizational,documentation,andtime-management skills.
• Experience with Bluebeamand Procoreorsimilarconstructionmanagementsoftware .
• Abilitytomeet Governmentsecurityclearancerequirements.
• Mustpassapre-employmentdrugscreening.
• Valid driver'slicenseandacceptabledrivingrecord.
• Abilitytoliftupto

• FamiliaritywithUFGS.
• Constructionschedulingexperience;

• LEEDorfederalsustainabilityexperience.
• Commissioningandsystemstestingexperience.
• Experiencewithfederaldesign-buildanddesign-bid-build projects.
• ExperiencementoringorsupervisingQCstaffandinspectors.
• Experiencesupportingclaimsavoidancethroughthoroughdocumentationandreporting.
