At Becklar Video Monitoring, we monitor state‑of‑the‑art video alarms to keep property and people safe. Our Customer Service Video Alarm Operators are our first line of defense, processing video alarms quickly, accurately, and professionally while providing a high level of detail through our ticketing system.

• Process video alarm signals quickly, accurately, and professionally.
• Provide a high level of detail through the ticketing process.
• Learn and use new software to complete multiple tasks.

• 1+ year of customer service experience – strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail – a must.
• Must be able to type, write, and speak English.
• Must be able to use technology efficiently for an extended amount of time.

• 1 year of phone customer service.
• Minimum of 16–29 hours per week.
• 1 year of security experience.
• Bilingual – a plus.
