Client Support Specialist – Monday‑Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm at Branch 2605 Washington Blvd, Ogden, UT.

• Provide customer support through phone and other channels as assigned.
• Assist Bank customers with online payments, bill pay, remote deposit, wires, ACH, debit cards, online banking access, etc.
• Answer inbound online banking and customer service calls.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of Treasury Management services.
• Provide online banking technical and product support for both business and retail customers.
• Work well under pressure, remaining calm and courteous during complex calls and requests.
• Collaborate effectively with team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum 2 years of similar experience.
• Excellent phone customer service skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Accurate, organized and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong follow‑through on assignments and duties to ensure timely completion.
• Ensures established policies and procedures are followed.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and other general Microsoft systems.
• High School Diploma.
