Service Department BDC Representative

Here's what you'll be doing:

* Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails to schedule service appointments and follow up with customers

* Confirm and update customer information, appointment details, and vehicle status in our Dealer Management System (Dealer track) and our online scheduling software (Xtime)

* Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring each customer feels valued and informed

* Coordinate with Service Advisors and Technicians to ensure smooth workflow and accurate scheduling

* Follow up on declined services, maintenance reminders, and warranty or recall notifications

* Track and document all customer interactions accurately for reporting and quality control

* Assist in marketing and retention campaigns to drive service business

* Maintain dealership standards for professionalism, communication, and brand representation

* Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

* Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.

* High School Diploma or equivalent

* Previous BDC, call center, or dealership experience preferred

* Strong communication, customer service & sales skills

* Computer proficiency with CRM and scheduling tools (Dealer track and/or Xtime experience a plus)

* Positive attitude, patience, and attention to detail

* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

* Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

* Proficient with windows programs and general computer knowledge

* Typing 40-60

WPM

Schedule:

Full-time, including occasional Saturdays

Compensation:
Hourly pay plus performance-based bonuses
