Overview
Job opening for a Client Support Specialist at Bank of Utah.
Location:
2605 Washington Blvd, Ogden, UT.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm.
- Provide client support through phone and other channels as assigned.
- Provide support to Bank customers regarding online payments including bill pay, remote deposit, wires, ACH, debit cards, online banking access, and related services.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
- Answer inbound online banking and customer service calls.
- Work well under pressure with the ability to remain calm and courteous when handling complex calls and requests.
- Must be able to work with a team.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of similar experience.
- Must have excellent phone customer service skills.
- Must be able to communicate clearly on the phone and in writing.
- Must be accurate, organized and able to handle multiple tasks at once.
- Must follow through on assignments and duties to ensure their timely completion.
- Must be able to ensure established policies and procedures are being followed.
- Must have a basic knowledge of Word and other general Microsoft systems.
- High School Diploma Required.

- Ability to develop and maintain knowledge of Treasury Management services.
- Provide online banking technical and product support for both business and retail customers.
