Overview

Job opening for a Client Support Specialist at Bank of Utah.

Location:

2605 Washington Blvd, Ogden, UT.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm.

Responsibilities
  • Provide client support through phone and other channels as assigned.
  • Provide support to Bank customers regarding online payments including bill pay, remote deposit, wires, ACH, debit cards, online banking access, and related services.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Answer inbound online banking and customer service calls.
  • Work well under pressure with the ability to remain calm and courteous when handling complex calls and requests.
  • Must be able to work with a team.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of similar experience.
  • Must have excellent phone customer service skills.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly on the phone and in writing.
  • Must be accurate, organized and able to handle multiple tasks at once.
  • Must follow through on assignments and duties to ensure their timely completion.
  • Must be able to ensure established policies and procedures are being followed.
  • Must have a basic knowledge of Word and other general Microsoft systems.
  • High School Diploma Required.

Job Description
