Registrar’s Success Coach – Hourly Work Study. Campus:
Ogden, UT. Hours per week: 10–29. Pay Rate: $12.00–$15.00 per hour. Alternate work schedule permitted.

This part‑time role is located in the Registrar’s Office's Solution Center (RSC). Success coaches assist students, staff, faculty, and external parties with registration, graduation, and records matters (e.g., name or address changes, official transcripts, registration queries). Support is provided in person, by email, and by phone.

• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Basic computer skills, including Google Suite and Microsoft Excel.
• Commitment to supporting higher education.
• Good customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Work Study eligible.

• This is a pooled position. Applicants are selected from the pool as positions become available. After a period of time, the pool will expire and applicants will be notified.
