** What you'll do :**  + Process and respond to alarm signals quickly, accurately, and professionally in stressful situations  + Dispatch the proper authorities , verify that help is on the way  + Document all responses accurately for the signals  + Learn and utilize multiple software systems efficiently  + Participate in training and development , for professional growth.  
** What We're Looking for ? :**  + Must be 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent  + Calm ,reliable, and professional in a fast-paced environment with high-pressure situations  + willing to work weekends and holidays  + Must able to pass a background check  + Able to pass two week training class  + Experience in customer service is preferred  +
** Must reside in Canada and be legally authorized to work.
