Republic Services in Utah is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to act as a customer experience expert, handling complex escalated requests with care, accuracy, and timeliness.
Under supervision, you will use Salesforce, RISE, and other systems to log interactions, analyze trends, and help BU and CRC craft solutions that improve service and satisfaction.
A minimum of two years in a call center or customer service role is required; high school diploma or GED is also required.
