Our practice is located in beautiful Northern Utah, just a short commute north of Salt Lake City. It is a well-established practice and is the go-to practice for Implants and Connective Tissue Grafting with a strong referring base. The practice currently has two locations and two doctors who alternate between the offices.

We are seeking a periodontist with a quality mindset with a drive to be successful in the private practice arena. A team player mindset is also needed.

We are committed to helping our new associate be a successful member of our practice. We have a full-time practice relations director that will help our new doctor integrate into the referral relationships that we have built. There are two very experienced doctors in the practice that welcome the opportunity to mentor and be a resource for the new practitioner.

A guaranteed minimum salary is offered for year one – with the option to earn above and beyond that given collections earned.

Utah is a great place to live and enjoy the four seasons. There are activities abundant year-round. The economy here is outperforming the nation and actually grew 4 percent during the pandemic. Our practice continued to thrive during the pandemic as well as we experienced our highest collection year ever in a 20-year history.
