We provide affordable dental care to underserved families across the country, employing over 3,000 staff.

Associate Dentist for Saturdays only

Associate Dentists are responsible for providing dental services with support of their team.

• Denta Pro software
• Digital X‑ray and Panorex units
• Fiber‑optic handpieces
• Yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training
• Ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, 2 dental assistants per provider
• Patient base: primarily ages 3‑21, up to 30% adult population
• Office flow: average 10‑12 operative patients, 20‑25 hygiene patients
• State insurance plans, PPO, and out‑of‑network payor mix

• Guaranteed base pay of $106.25 per hour with uncapped earning potential
• No lab fees
• Full‑time providers eligible for Medical/Dental/Vision insurance, HSA/FSA

• DDS/DMD from an accredited program
• Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where care is provided
• Other certifications as required – CPR, DEA, etc.
• Nitrous oxide certification (only in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
• Compassion and strong desire to provide care to children and adults
