24-Hour Call Requirements:
Board Certified or Board Eligible Must be licensed in Utah DEA Assignment Details:
Level II trauma facility Approximately 3-5 consults and 1-3 surgeries per week, usually 1 cardiac and 2-3 thoracic EMR:
