Schedule:

1 2 weekdays, 8a 5p;
Types of Cases:
Outpatient clinic routine primary care for students ages 16 24; minor acute/episodic care, chronic disease management, immunizations, health promotion, family planning; prescriptions including Schedule II as appropriate. Credentialing:
License/DEA/insurance verification, background check
