School Nutrition & Activities Director | Lead Kitchen & Programs

This well established charter school in Layton and Ogden, is now accepting applications for a full-time Food, Nutrition, and Activities Director for the  school year.

This position will oversee all aspects of the school nutrition program for the two school campuses. They will be directly responsible for the management of the day-to-day operations of school food service. They will lead the kitchen staff in performing all food preparation in a timely, sanitary and orderly manner. Oversees and helps kitchen staff prepare a variety of food items for daily lunch program.

Oversees cleanliness of kitchen and kitchen equipment. Follows strict hygiene practices for themselves and the entire kitchen staff. Oversees activities and specials classes. Must be capable of consistent physical activity (lifting and moving up to 50 pounds). Must be able to write, type, and comprehend all information needed to complete daily tasks.
