Job Details Location, Schedule Availability & Salary
  • 5167 Adams Ave, Washington Terrace, UT 84405
  • Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Full‑time, 40 hours per week
  • $20.25 per hour, based on performance and experience + Bonus + Incentive
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and effectively manage long‑term, trusting relationships.
  • Training Content Development:
    Create and maintain training materials that support employees and improve day‑to‑day processes. Content includes, but is not limited to, training aids, videos, presentations and other learning resources.
  • Cross‑Functional

    Collaboration:

    Work closely with Operations, Branching VPs and other subject matter experts to gather input, align on best practices and ensure training content supports business needs.
  • Content Maintenance and Accuracy:
    Regularly review and update training materials to ensure accuracy, consistency and alignment with current systems, policies and procedures.
  • Gap Identification:
    Identify areas where employees may experience confusion or inconsistency and develop content to address those gaps.
  • Comply with all regulations as required by law.
  • Actively participate in continuing education related to credit union career development.
Experience, Education & Certification
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • Experience training, coaching or developing others
  • Strong written communication skills with high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to develop creative and engaging content that enhances the training experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across departments
