- Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Full‑time, 40 hours per week
- $20.25 per hour, based on performance and experience + Bonus + Incentive
- Cultivate and effectively manage long‑term, trusting relationships.
- Training Content Development:
Create and maintain training materials that support employees and improve day‑to‑day processes. Content includes, but is not limited to, training aids, videos, presentations and other learning resources. - Cross‑Functional
Collaboration:
Work closely with Operations, Branching VPs and other subject matter experts to gather input, align on best practices and ensure training content supports business needs. - Content Maintenance and Accuracy:
Regularly review and update training materials to ensure accuracy, consistency and alignment with current systems, policies and procedures. - Gap Identification:
Identify areas where employees may experience confusion or inconsistency and develop content to address those gaps. - Comply with all regulations as required by law.
- Actively participate in continuing education related to credit union career development.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Experience training, coaching or developing others
- Strong written communication skills with high level of attention to detail
- Ability to develop creative and engaging content that enhances the training experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across departments
