DKZ Kinder Academy is seeking a passionate, energetic, and nurturing Preschool Teacher to join our outstanding team! If you love working with young children and are passionate about helping them build the academic and social skills needed for kindergarten success, we would love to meet you.

DKZ Kinder Academy is a preschool-only program dedicated to providing high-quality early childhood education with a strong emphasis on academic success, emergent literacy, and kindergarten readiness in a fun, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment.

• Follow and implement daily lesson plans provided by the school.
• Lead engaging classroom activities that promote learning through play and hands-on experiences.
• Teach preschool-aged children early literacy, math, science, social studies, and social-emotional skills.
• Create a positive, safe, and nurturing classroom environment.
• Encourage curiosity, confidence, creativity, and a love of learning.
• Communicate professionally with families and fellow team members.
• Maintain classroom organization and uphold all licensing and school policies.

• Full-day and part-day schedules available
• No nights
• No weekends
• No major holidays
• Follows the Weber County School District calendar
• Summer employment is optional

This position offers an excellent work-life balance while allowing you to make a meaningful impact on children's lives.

• Experience working with preschool-aged children is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Familiarity with classroom safety and sanitation practices
• A passion for early childhood education and kindergarten readiness.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Dependable, positive, and a team player.
• Ability to create an engaging and encouraging learning environment.
