The Campus Visit and Ambassador Program Coordinator is responsible for managing the campus tour program, including individual tours, group visits, special visit requests, tour schedules, visitor communication, ambassador assignments, social media, and follow-up processes. This position coordinates closely with the Director of Access, Events and Engagement, Admissions and Recruitment staff, academic departments and student support offices to ensure that prospective students and families receive a high-quality campus visit experience that reflects Weber State’s commitment to access, belonging, student success and community connection.
