Client Delivery Trainer

Drive learner readiness and accountability throughout onboarding by monitoring engagement, coaching performance, reinforcing expectations, and ensuring a successful transition from training to the production floor
Execute the certification strategy from readiness through completion, including mock calls, knowledge validation, performance calibration, and go-live recommendations in partnership with Team Leads and QA
Build partnerships with Program Managers, Team Leads, QA, and client stakeholders to align training execution to business priorities and performance expectations
Lead the mentorship experience post-training through structured skill application, coaching opportunities, shadowing, and feedback loops
Design, build, and continuously evolve learning materials including facilitator guides, participant resources, knowledge checks, call frameworks, and scalable enablement assets
Measure training impact through learner performance data, certification outcomes, business metrics, and stakeholder feedback
Deliver ongoing enablement addressing performance gaps and supporting continued skill growth
Identify learning opportunities through feedback, quality trends, and business performance data, then implement targeted improvements
Execute onboarding and enablement programs from kickoff through completion
Lead training initiatives through planning and stewardship of program resources, materials, and budget allocations
Lead and deliver program-specific onboarding for new hires
Facilitate training across product knowledge, sales methodology, roleplay progression, and certification readiness

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales enablement, sales training, or related roles
• Knowledge of adult learning principles
• Experience in training facilitation and delivery
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong project management skills and a track record of meeting deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop learners
• Experience with content creation and sales processes
• Prior experience in a client-embedded or program-specific training role
• Commitment to staying current with industry trends and prioritizing professional development
