Journeyman Hydro Mechanic

Pacifi Corp seeks a Journeyman Hydro Mechanic to maintain, repair and overhaul hydroelectric generating equipment at utility power plants. You will troubleshoot turbines, generators, governors, valves, pumps and hydraulic systems; perform precision mechanical work, rigging and alignment; and follow detailed maintenance procedures and safety rules in a heavily regulated environment. Working closely with operators, engineers and electricians, you will support grid reliability, renewable hydro resources and capital projects while documenting work, mentoring apprentices and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
