Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a passionate Sentinel Staff Manufacturing Engineer to join our team and support the Sentinel Program. This role will be based in Roy, UT.
This position requires a highly motivated self-starter with knowledge in the fabrication, assembly, system integration, and testing of hardware. The candidate will need to demonstrate exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills, have the ability task orient and communicate effectively with varying levels of Customer, NGC, and Supplier employees and leadership. Primary responsibilities will include providing technical leadership and guidance to the program Integrated Product Teams (IPT) and Production Teams for developing/Executing Build/Buy To Packages.
This will include contributing to the project planning and schedule development that is aligned with the IPT Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and Master Production Schedule. Provide advanced technological ideas and Subject Matter Expertise (SME) to resolve technical questions and ensure compliance and execution of Engineering and Manufacturing Development (EMD) Statement of Work (SOW) requirements. In addition, responsibilities will include providing technical input to the Manufacturing Plan.

This position’s standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.
Basic Qualifications:Master's Degree with 10+ years of relevant work experience;
PhD with 8+ years of experience. 4 Years of additional Experience in lieu of Degree
