The Air Force Civilian Service (AFCS) is looking for a Full‑Time Supervisory Electronics Engineer/Supervisory Computer Scientist (NH‑0855/1550‑03) to work at Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) in the Air Force Sustainment Center location at Hill Air Force Base, UT. This federal job offers a rewarding and exciting career with benefits. Salary Range: $89,508 - $138,370. The job may close at any time.

Responsibilities• Serve as a first‑level supervisor and professional electronics engineer/computer scientist with project management, execution, and operational responsibility in assigned area(s).
• Provide prototyping, simulation, training and tools support for software systems of the highest quality and capability to the warfighter, while meeting commitments to safety, quality, schedule, and cost.
Qualifications- U.S. Citizenship
- Obtain & maintain a Top security clearance
- This is a drug testing designated position; subject to random drug testing.
- Required to travel on military and commercial aircraft for temporary duty.
- Subject to recall during non‑duty hours, weekends, and holidays to complete proposals and/or resolve software problems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or closely related field from an ABET‑accredited program (highly desired).
- Designation as a Non‑Critical Acquisition Position covered by the Acquisition Professional Development Program (APDP).
- Must be able to obtain and maintain Cyberspace qualification per DoDM 8140.03.
