The Opportunity
Williams International has an exciting opportunity for an Engineer to join our team. The qualified candidate will have primary responsibility for working in a lean manufacturing cell supporting, verifying and troubleshooting instrumentation used in testing and manufacturing environments.
This position also will include:
Qualifications
- Equivalent of an associate’s degree and 2–5 years of experience in metrology or calibration, with advanced coursework preferred.
- Diagnose and resolve instrumentation and signal issues (wiring, noise, grounding, scaling, etc.).
- Experience with diverse instrumentation measuring physical and electrical parameters across multiple applications (force, flow, pressure, temperature, voltage, current, vibration, etc.).
- Experience developing, following or improving calibration processes.
- Experience with data acquisition interfaces/software and programming (VBA, Python, LabVIEW or similar).
- U.S. citizenship required; ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance, if needed, and comply with security investigation procedures.
