ReportingService Manager
LocationRemote in the Western US.
Responsibilities- Monitoring customer service orders to ensure best practices in cost control, resource efficiency and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE).
- Analyzing and addressing project risks and regularly disseminating lessons learned.
- Working with other functions to coordinate contract negotiations and claims with customers.
- Preparing quotes and implementing contract changes based on customer requests.
- Achieving service order deliverables and compliance with contract requirements.
- Coordinating project team effort including engineering, testing, site work activities and subcontractors; reviewing status, monitoring, analyzing and reporting on contract performance.

Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a similar Engineering field (highly preferred) or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience managing industrial control systems and electrical apparatus projects; experience in industrial and/or utilities markets is required.
- Demonstrated experience in management of project scope, cost, financial analysis, schedules and vendors/subcontractors.
- Collaborative, solution‑focused approach with strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Project Management PMP designation is desired.
- Fluent in English;
French communication skills are an asset. - Strong computer skills – SAP or other ERP and Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project).
- Choice between two medical plan options: a PPO plan called the Copay Plan or a High‑Deductible Health Plan with a Health Savings Account called the High Deductible Plan.

CompensationThe position is expected to pay between $79,800 and $127,680 annually.
