Under general direction, the role performs professional engineering duties as both project manager and project engineer for complex multi‑disciplinary public works projects.
Responsibilities include:

- Bidding
- Construction Management
- Budgeting
- Consultant Management
- Coordination with staff, agencies, contractors, businesses, and the public
This role also provides leadership, management, and direct supervision for professional and technical engineering staff.
