Mechanical Engineer

Work Schedule:

8-4 or 4:30 M-F. Can work remote - prefer candidate to be in MT timezone. Position may extend past the Sept. 30th date.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and create mechanical systems and components for new automated machinery.
• Perform engineering analyses and calculations to support design concepts and ensure functionality.
• Create, review, and revise technical drawings, schematics, and specifications using Solid Works.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams, as well as external vendors and contractors, to support project execution.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including design changes, development progress, and engineering records.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets to ensure milestones are achieved on time and within scope.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 3+ years of mechanical design or engineering experience.
• Proficiency with Solid Works and engineering drawing standards preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (U.S. Person status required).
