Civil Designer​/Civil CAD Drafter

Reeve & Associates seeks a Civil Designer / Civil CAD Drafter to support engineering clients in the Professional, Scientific & Technical Services industry. In this role, you'll prepare detailed civil drawings and plans, including site layouts, grading, utilities, roadway, and drainage using AutoCAD/Civil 3D. You will translate engineering markups into accurate construction documents, maintain drawing standards, and coordinate with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed civil site, grading, utility, roadway, and drainage plans in Auto
• CAD/Civil 3
• DConvert engineer sketches and markups into accurate, buildable construction drawings
• Apply and maintain CAD standards, templates, layers, and file management best practices
• Perform basic civil calculations such as quantities, slopes, and spot elevations as directed
• Coordinate with engineers and project managers to resolve design and drafting issues
• Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with codes and client standards
• Update plans based on review comments, RFIs, and field and as-built information
• Organize and plot drawing sets and digital submittals for permitting and construction
• Collaborate with team members to meet project schedules and deliverable deadlines
• Support multiple concurrent civil projects for various clients and sectors
