Branch Sales Associate

• Provide solutions and connect with walk-in customers using guidance, knowledge, and a winning attitude
• Maximize sales opportunities, create customer loyalty, and exceed customer expectations
• Manage the entire customer experience, including product selection, accurate order entry, safely picking product, and safely loading customer vehicles
• Adapt communication style to differing audiences via email, phone, and in person
• Pick, prepare, and stage will-call orders and shipping product
• Prepare customer backorders and put away received stock
• Help with merchandising and showroom replenishment
• Perform inventory counts
• Navigate different computer systems for customer-facing and warehouse activities
• Perform housekeeping tasks to maintain branch appearance
• Report to the Branch Manager

• Flexibility to work any time within branch hours of operation
• Safely lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and heavier loads with assistance
• Learn and operate powered industrial equipment
• Comply with safety guidelines and process standards, including wearing personal protective equipment

Demonstrates strong customer service skills by effectively managing the customer experience, maximizing sales opportunities, and ensuring compliance with safety guidelines. Proficient in operating powered industrial equipment and navigating various computer systems for efficient order processing and inventory management.
