The Bank is a direct and wholly owned subsidiary of Ford Credit, and the Compliance Analyst (Monitoring and Testing) will conduct independent risk-based monitoring and testing of the effectiveness of compliance controls and further monitor the results of Bank Departments’ compliance monitoring processes.
As a Compliance Analyst (Monitoring and Testing), you will act as an important member of the compliance team, performing monitoring and testing activities, preparing documentation demonstrating the effectiveness of your results, collaborating with leaders and colleagues across the organization to understand and evaluate key Bank and vendor processes and activities, and driving continuous improvement in our compliance posture.
Responsibilities- Work and coordinate with the Compliance Officer.
- Evaluate and interpret complex legal, regulatory and policy requirements applicable to the tested area.
- Assess and evaluate processes and data to ensure the business complies with legal, compliance and policy requirements, including those intended to prevent unethical and illegal conduct.
- Communicate Compliance Testing results, findings and conclusions to multiple levels of management and stakeholders.
- May prepare documentation for regulatory authorities.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four‑year college or university required; an advanced degree in banking or related field is not required but complementary.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in testing and/or auditing within banking or financial services, preferably within a compliance or risk team.
- Strong written, verbal, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in using and manipulating data through MS Excel, GRC Platforms, Banking or Financial Services platforms.
- 2+ years of Microsoft Office experience (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook).
- Strong analytical and issue analysis skills and ability to interpret complex regulations into a test approach.
- Understanding of the three‑lines‑of‑defense framework and ability to communicate its principles.
- Proficiency with GRC systems to streamline monitoring and testing activities.
- Forward‑thinking mindset with interest in applying Artificial Intelligence to enhance compliance processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to draft clear, concise analyses and reports.
- Proactive, solutions‑oriented approach.
- High level of integrity, ethical conduct, and sound judgment.

This position is a salary grade 8 and ranges from $94,800‑$166,200. Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience.

This position is hybrid. Candidates who are in commuting distance to a Ford hub location may be required to be onsite four or more days per week.
