Investor Services Analyst - Alternative Investments

Duties & Responsibilities

Under direct supervision, assist with routine operations related to investor services functions for multiple alternative investment clients and funds.

• Assist with investor services activities related to Alternative Investment clients, which may include:
  • Onboarding process for new investors; receive subscription documents, review for completeness, enter pertinent data from subscription document into Alt Pro, prepare confirmation reports after Fund Accountants have updated transactional information.
  • Investor transfer process including receiving and reviewing transfer requests and sending approval to fund accounting team or client.
  • Prepare, process and distribute documents for investor communications.
  • Update Alt Pro database for investor demographic and account information changes.
  • Resolve investor inquiries regarding lost statements, requests for information, password reset, etc.
• Run standard Alt Pro reports for team.
• Participate in projects/project teams.
• Test new systems and programs to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Associate degree or two years of post‑high school education. High school diploma or equivalent and directly related work experience may be considered in lieu of an associate degree or two years of post‑high school education.
• Clerical experience in a financial services environment.

$33,920.00 - $65,380.00
