We are seeking a Site Controller to join our team in Ogden, UT
. This role serves as the senior finance leader for an assigned production site and acts as an extension of Corporate Finance, Accounting, and FP&A. The Site Controller is responsible for leading all site finance and accounting activities, including financial planning and analysis, general accounting, cost accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, budgeting, forecasting, and operational business partnership.
As a key member of the site leadership team, this position partners closely with operations leaders to drive financial performance, support productivity and operational excellence initiatives, optimize costs, and evaluate capital investments. The ideal candidate will bring strong manufacturing finance expertise, leadership capabilities, and a proven ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.

- Serve as the senior finance leader for the production site, partnering closely with site leadership to achieve operational and financial objectives.
- Act as the primary liaison between site operations and Corporate Finance and Accounting, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals, financial commitments, and reporting requirements.
- Support profitability, productivity, and operational excellence initiatives by providing financial guidance and promoting data-driven decision-making.
- Lead financial reviews, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to site and corporate leadership.
- Present forecasts, financial results, and variance analyses while translating complex financial and operational information into meaningful business insights.
- Lead annual budgeting, recurring forecasting, and long-range planning activities.
- Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and performance reports that connect operational drivers to financial outcomes.
- Analyze business performance and explain forecast, budget, and period-over-period variances.
- Identify performance trends, risks, and opportunities and recommend actions to improve results.
- Drive forecast accuracy and support strategic planning efforts.
- Provide financial leadership for capital investments, productivity initiatives, and operational improvement projects, including business case development, ROI analysis, and post-investment reviews.
- Lead all site accounting activities, including general accounting, cost accounting, inventory accounting, month-end close, and financial reporting.
- Analyze manufacturing performance through labor, material, inventory, overhead, productivity, and cost variance reporting.
- Maintain the integrity of standard costing, inventory valuation, and related financial records.
