In this position you will support the Hill AFB's operational mission by providing real-time maintenance support through scheduling, tracking, reporting, and documenting. Act as the central hub for critical information, ensuring effective command and control (C2) of production work centers. Collaborate closely with the communications/cyber units and production work centers to maintain operational readiness and efficiency.

- This may be a Drug Testing Position
- Work may occasionally require travel away from the normal duty station on military or commercial aircraft
- This position may require work to be performed during hours outside the normal duty schedule
- Incumbent must obtain and maintain an appropriate security clearance
- Information Assurance Certification is a condition of employment
- This position includes information assurance (IA) work as either a paramount or incidental duty requirement
- Per DoD 8570.01-M, the incumbent of this position must achieve the appropriate IA certification within six months of assignment of these duties
- A waiver of this six-month requirement may be granted per DoD 8570.01-M, C3.2.4.2 or C3.2.4.3
- Failure to receive the proper IA certification may result in removal from this position
Skills and Abilities
- Skill in conducting system/server planning, installation, management, and maintenance for various Windows operating systems
- Skill in troubleshooting failed system components, installing and upgrading system components, and recovery and coop operations for failed systems
- Knowledge of system administration, network, operating system hardening techniques, and applying security and organizational policy
