Duties
Help
* Serve as a business advisor, providing business advice, guidance and assistance to technical personnel
involved in the development of requirements packages.
* Procure and perform post award functions for a wide variety of services, commodities, and/or
construction involving a variety of contract types, investigation and resolution of contractor delays, contractor
performance appraisals, subcontractor surveillance, disposition of claims, close-out, and similar matters.
* Represent the organization with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
* Review requisition package for adequacy and compliance with administrative, regulatory and procedural requirements and consistency with current market practices and conditions.

Qualifications
Experience requirements are described in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions, CONTRACTING SERIES,1102.
BASIC REQUIREMENT OR INDIVIDUAL OCCUPATIONAL REQUIREMENT:
A bachelor's degree from an accredited educational institution authorized to grant baccalaureate.
