Job Summary:

We are seeking a Licensed Clinic Supervisor (MA/LPN Lead) to manage practice functions related to operations and quality of the clinic at Level 2 or Level 3 Practice.

• May have direct patient care duties.
• Establish and implement goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and systems for assigned clinical areas.
• Participate in development and implementation of clinical plans.
• Recruit, train/orient, and supervise departmental personnel; assign work and manage daily operations.
• Evaluate performance and recommend merit increases, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
• Resolve problems in clinical areas and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Assist fiscal management and other administrative staff in developing cost‑effective policies and procedures, including billing, insurance, fee schedules, credit/collections, purchasing, and space planning.
• Monitor and control clinical expenditures to stay within budget.
• Serve as liaison between clinic and external agencies.
• Work with medical staff to ensure quality patient care and services.
• Participate in professional development activities to stay current with health‑care trends and practices.
• Maintain strict confidentiality.
• Perform related work as required.
• Adhere to the Code of Conduct philosophy and Mission and Value Statement.

• Education:
  
  Graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant Program or hold a degree or diploma from an accredited school of practical or vocational nursing.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum one year in a medical office, acute care, or clinical outpatient setting; prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Certification/license:
  Current active Medical Assistant certification (RMA, CCMA, CMA, NCMA, NRCMA, A ‑OE) or active LPN/LVN license required; CPR certification required.
