, and we're looking for a dynamic Office Manager to become the Doctor's right-hand leader and the heartbeat of our practice.

• Aesthetics (Botox, Fillers)
• EmSculpt (for arthritis relief and body contouring)
• Acupuncture
• Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy
• Physical Rehabilitation
• Chiropractic Care

This is an exciting time to join us.

As Office Manager, you'll:

• Serve as the primary liaison between the Doctor and team
• Lead staff meetings and performance conversations
• Create strong communication systems across departments
• Keep day-to-day issues off the Doctor's plate
• Oversee patient flow and ensure an exceptional patient experience
• Hire, train, coach, and develop team members
• Improve systems and workflows to support growth
• Support budgeting, planning, and expansion initiatives
• Coordinate marketing support and patient education efforts
