- Aesthetics (Botox, Fillers)

- Acupuncture
- Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy
- Physical Rehabilitation

🚀 Your Role:The Practice Leader
As Office Manager, you'll:
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Doctor and team
- Lead staff meetings and performance conversations
- Create strong communication systems across departments
- Keep day-to-day issues off the Doctor's plate
- Oversee patient flow and ensure an exceptional patient experience
- Hire, train, coach, and develop team members
- Improve systems and workflows to support growth
- Support budgeting, planning, and expansion initiatives
- Coordinate marketing support and patient education efforts

Mon, wed 12 hour days 8-8
Tues 9-5:30 2 hour lunch
Thurs 1-7:30
Friday 8-1
