RN - Rehab

This is a 13-week contract position.

Shifts are from 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM, with prioritization for night shift help.

As a Travel RN in our Inpatient Acute Rehabilitation unit, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing rehabilitation. You will work alongside a dynamic team and participate in the discharge preparations, ensuring each patient receives the highest quality care.

• Provide Med/Surg nursing care with a focus on rehabilitation.
• Conduct daily rounds with patients and prepare them for discharge.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and 1:1 patient mealtime.
• Perform mobility transfers safely using appropriate transfer equipment.
• Manage Foley care, NG management, and PICC/midline care.

• Current BLS certification is required.
• Experience in Med/Surg nursing; rehabilitation background preferred but not required.
• Advanced skills in transfer training of patients safely are essential.
• NIHHS certification is preferred but not mandatory.
